director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. he/she will be responsible for the strategic leadership of our sales team, including crafting sales plans and supervising sales managers to ensure programs are being executed correctly. We want someone with the leadership skills and drive to make a positive impact on our bottom line. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of successful sales experience, including several years in supervisory roles.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Research and seek out potential major clients and forge beneficial relationships
Identify emerging markets that could be valuable to the business
Stay updated on shifts in the market and create sales plans to effectively navigate those changes
Train and supervise a team of sales managers and representatives to ensure a unified sales force
Track sales goals and work with team members who need help reaching those goals
Serve as a representative of the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and other industry functions
