Project Management Lead - IT Infrastructure (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Manage project execution, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks.

- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.

- Practical knowledge of any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and compute infrastructure.

- Ability to troubleshoot cloud and OS-level issues.

- Scripting knowledge (any language).

- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of DevOps culture and principles.

- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with infrastructure automation tools
