What You'll Do:
- Lead Business Pitches: You'll be the master storyteller, weaving compelling narratives for new business pitches.
- From ideation to execution of sample creatives, you'll own the entire process.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content, design, film, media, and outreach teams to create pitch-perfect proposals that clients simply can't resist.
- Work on Diverse Projects: Every day is a new adventure-you'll work on everything from OTT platforms to tech giants to baby products.
- Lead Creative Sessions: You'll head brainstorm sessions, ensuring the best creative insights and ideas come to life for both new and existing clients.
- Conduct In-depth Research: You'll be responsible for primary and secondary research, gathering actionable insights on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competition to inform pitches and strategies.
- Drive Brand Positioning: You'll stay ahead of market dynamics to define brand positioning and create communication strategies that resonate with clients' target audiences.
- Execute Multi-platform Campaigns: From conceptualizing to visualizing ideas across multiple digital platforms, you'll oversee the entire campaign lifecycle.
- Pitch and Onboard Clients: You'll lead client presentations and successfully bring new business on board.
- Mentor Future Leaders: Lead a small team of account managers and nurture them into the next generation of creative strategists.
