Role & responsibilities

9+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on financial industry applications.
• Linux server
• Oracle database
• Snowflakes
• Informatica
• Provide Devops knowledge on how different streams like UI, database, snowflakes work together to achieve the goals
• Guide team on best branching strategy in Git
• Deployment via Git LAB
• Automate production release package creation in GIT LAB
• Setting up GitLab runners on new infra in addition to using shared runners
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Strong experience with infrastructure as code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Extensive familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
