Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Automation studio etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Provide expert advice on best practices for email marketing, mobile marketing, and customer journey design

Develop data strategies, data models, and integration solutions for marketing automation

Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and trends

Skills

Must have

4-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Strong fundamental knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Ability to develop and modify responsive email templates while providing mobile-friendly design and employing best practices for email layouts and formatting in Marketing Cloud

Development on all the SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio, Einstein

Development of Ampscript, SQL and SSJS are must have

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

SFMC certifications like Email Specialist, Admin or Consultant is added advantage
