Role: DevOps Engineer

Shift: 1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST (EMEA)

Work Model: 5 days a week

Job Description

DevOps Engineer role in Global Technology is a motivated coder/hacker/engineer who strives to solve problems with elegant and maintainable automated solutions. To be successful in the role, the person must have a deep passion for automation and troubleshooting, be able to work towards our automation goals in a self-directed manner, strive at learning and embracing new technologies, and be able to educate teammates about each of these areas.

Years of Experience

• 4 to 8 years

Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience with building and deploying .NET and C# applications
• Good understanding of object-oriented development.
• Experience in working with Microservice architectures and RESTful APIs
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft SQL servers and queries .
• Chef, Splunk, GitLab, Octopus, Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, Nagios, AppDynamics, Ansible, RabbitMQ, Redis, Terraform (IaC)
• Experience using and supporting CI/CD systems.
• Advanced level PowerShell and experience with other scripting languages like Python and Bash
