Murex Release & Configuration Manager

Assist with all changes and releases of the Murex application.

Support daily service requests and incidents in both non-production and production environments.

The Release Manager will oversee and manage the planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management processes throughout the software release life cycle.

Design, implement, and maintain enhancements, optimizations, and automation in the CI/CD process to make it robust and effective.

This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, effective communication, and proactive risk management to ensure successful and timely software delivery.

The Release Manager will work to streamline release processes, improve methodologies, and support the smooth transition of software from development to production.

Participate in release activities such as code branching and CI project branching.

Analyze and address CI/CD failures.

Address any legacy hotfix or patch build process failures, if required.

Ensure optimal performance, quality, and maximum CI/CD uptime.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to these problems.
