Regular program manager Automotive

Responsibilities:

o Program Management
o Set up and develop engineering team (both local and distributed)
o Oversee delivery for several projects, support ramp-up and growth of automotive business
o Provide day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, and problem resolution.
o Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and at a customer side to ensure transparent and efficient collaboration o Collaborate closely with technical experts, delivery organizations, to establish strong centers of expertise around key automotive offerings of Luxoft, such as in-vehicle platforms, HMI, telematics, etc.
o Domain Chapter Lead
o Drive the execution of the initiatives supporting the strategy of domain expertise development
o Build, develop and oversee multiple clusters of technology professionals in India and around the world
 o Oversee leadership and execution of the domain chapter in control and report to the global organization o People management and career development advisory for growing professionals in automotive area
o Drive the execution of the Advanced Hiring strategy
o Drive the execution of the training programs
