Job description

KRA:

1. Achieving monthly targets (machine and value)

2. Ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.

3. Prepare proposals and quotations for supply of machines. Negotiate and win contracts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Understanding of the local market knowledge and language.
• Negotiation and demonstration skills.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Interpersonal relationship

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM - Marketing - (Full Time)

Exposure - 0-4-year experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business development
• Handling existing and potential customers
• Achieve sales target and market share.
• Channel management and development
• Handling dispute of client's distributer and internal.
• Process and customer orientation
• Cold calling, lead generation
• New Client acquisition and managing existing Clients
• Handling Distributors and getting new ones on-board
• Monthly collection and billing activities
• Sales MIS (DSR)
• Field visit
• Any other task assigned by the Management
