Job Summary:

Luthra Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to oversee procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure a seamless supply chain. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, cost optimization expertise, and the ability to ensure timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to procure high-quality materials at the best prices.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize cost savings.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Handle purchase documentation, including contracts, agreements, and invoices.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and disputes.
• Utilize ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Waste Management Company is a added benefit.
• Knowledge of procurement laws, compliance, and best practices.
