Job Summary:

Luthra Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Welder Cum Fitter to join our team at our Piplaj-Pirana, Ahmedabad facility. The ideal candidate should have expertise in welding, fitting, and fabricating metal components as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fitting tasks as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas Welding) for fabrication.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal structures accurately.
• Ensure proper alignment and precision in welding and fitting operations.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces for quality and durability.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Cum Fitter in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in welding techniques like MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of various metals and welding materials.
• Experience in grinding, cutting, and shaping metal components.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication unit is preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fitting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
