Ensure proper and timely processing of credit memos related to Medicaid in accordance with Government Pricing Policy.
Validate state claims regarding pricing and other requirements in the CMS Portal, and liaise with states to resolve their queries related to Medicaid.
Perform state and program-wise reconciliations of Medicaid. Extract soft copies of the credit memo and relevant working documents, and send them to the state for payment.
Resolve internal and external queries related to O2C within the defined turnaround time. Respond to both internal and external audit queries to ensure complete, timely, and accurate responses to information requests.

Minimum three years of experience in Medicaid Analyst role
