Associate- HR - Randstad Role

Role & responsibilities

• Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employees to address queries related to HR policies and processes
• Engagement/EVP Activities: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement/EVP initiatives
• Performance Support: Provide support during performance management cycles, including collating data and scheduling discussions
• HR Projects: Work on assigned HR projects
• Data Management: Maintain HR databases
• L&D Coordination

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in other tools like AI, Canva etc.
