Job Description
- Posting of day-to-day accounting entries.
- Verification & processing of invoices as & when due.
- Review of monthly salary sheet & allowance calculation received from HR or Data Analyst team.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the Finance Manager in developing and monitoring departmental budgets.
- Track expenses, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the finance team.
- A university graduate in Finance and Accounting.
- Professional qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or similar.
- Proven experience as Finance Executive.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Self-directed with experience in financial preparations and management accounting.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
