Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee the Sales of Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Tools industry. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception to market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1) Target oriented

2) Coordinating with on field SE and ASM to achieve monthly targets

3) Increasing Count of customers for his Brand in each region with the help of local Sales team 4) Ensuring purchase target of Principal is met

5) Helping Sales Team to win more than 70% quotations sent

6) Giving sales oriented product training to Sales Team periodically

7) Ensuring Gross Profit targets are met

8) Maintaining stock as per system requirements

9) Maintaining good PR with our Principals

10) Resolving customer complaints at the earliest to ensure customer satisfaction

Added Knowledge

1)Basic Knowledge of the working principals of Machine Tools like VMC and Turning Machines, Controller used in the Machine Tools, Spindles Used in the Machine Tools.

2)Knowledge of the End customer and Machine tool manufacturers in India. Knowledge of Participation at machine Tools expo.

3)Understanding the Principal of working of Machine tools, Co-ordinate axis System, Application understanding, Product Selection for various Applications, advising machine builders on how to improve product by better part selection.

4)Preliminary Mechanical Engineering knowledge in areas of Linear Guideways, Ball screws, Bearings, Spindle, Servo Motor, CNC Controller used in these Machine.

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management / Sales of Machine Tool parts
• Experience in market analysis, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
