Sales Engineer - Robotics Division

Role & responsibilities

1) Develop a deep understanding of the robotics products and solutions offered by company. Stay updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in the robotics industry

2) Increasing Count of customers for his Brand in each region with the help of local Sales team

3) Providing technical assistance to customer during the pre-sales and post-sales phase. Answer inquiries, address concerns, provide guidance on installation, operation & maintenance of robotics systems

4) Maintaining good PR with our Principals

5) Resolving customer complaints at the earliest to ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

1)The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mind-set, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you are passionate about robotics and have the drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
