Span of control (supervisory responsibilities)

To Provide EHS support, advice, and practical support to working staff, for ensuring EHS compliances statutory and Luminous /Schneider Electric EHS requirements. And on ground implementation during Project stage / operations

Job Purpose

To ensure Implementation adherence of Luminous / Schneider EHS policies and requirements in continuous process manufacturing plant and ensure on ground practical implementation and compliance, auditing, ESGsustainability actions, MIS, In matrix reporting environment

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure on ground EHS requirements during project activities
2. EHS MIS Data collection and Daily, weekly, Monthly Reporting
3. Statutory compliance with Govt. global requirement
4. Status update on Checking and maintaining of emergency tackling equipment s/ systems.
5. Updating and maintaining records for management and operation of EHS activities.
6. Risk assessment and evaluation, and hands on experience in ISO 14001, ISO 5001, and ISO 45001 implementation
7. Organizing and Tracking Blood lead Level Industrial Hygiene program / practices
8. Safety Work permit, MOC issuance tracking
9. Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
10. Handling of international agencies like GRC Global etc.
11. Coordination with all stakeholders / depts other dept. Internal / external.
12. Raising indent for purchase and service contract (SAP)
13. Total waste management Haz waste, e-waste, BMW
14. EHS Training on all EHS chemical handling etc.
15. To organize the EHS awareness / promotional programs for enhancing awareness among the employees/ families
16. BBS Implementation hand on experience
17. Coordination for Safety committee Other EHS meeting
18. Budgeting and tracking for EHS expenses.
19. Supporting plant team for 5S by active participation
20. Pressure vessel/lifting tackle testing/ compliance.
21. Implementation Updating of EHS SOPs.
22. Near Miss reporting tracking and updating
23. BOPT/FLT license issuance and tracking
24. EHS data board update.
25. Accident analysis, reporting, CAPA, implementation
26. To Runn Road Safety Program
27. To implement SVT, Policy RR
28. To run the contractor safety program
29. ESGsustainability actions data collection
30. Environmental Mentoring including ETP, STP, stack etc.
31. Must have sound presentation skills proficiency in digital working with good presentation communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

PG in Env. Science, / B. Tech, / Dip

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

PDIS, LA ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Certification, Operating System All Windows OS, SAP

Good communication, and presentation skill

Minimum Experience

05-08 Years

Relevant/Additional Experience

Hands on experience in EHS in any heavy/ Hazardous, continuous process Industry/ Projects
