Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Implement new systems and ensure the proper maintenance of installed systems.
- Monitor the use of technology throughout the company.
- Provide world class excel support and build MIS
- Develop and implement disaster Data recovery.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Collect, analyse, and disseminate data in a time-sensitive manner to the management.
- Prepare and present reports based on the analysis of this data.
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure information accuracy.
- Ensure the security of the companys digital documents and sensitive information.
- Train employees on how to use the new systems and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades for Data as required.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the management information systems field.
- Liaise between the IT department and other departments in the company to ensure that the system is meeting the organization’s needs to run PMO.
