Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Qualification: Bachelors degree in communications / computer engineering / Life Sciences, etc. Additional qualification of MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Advertising / Communication space would be added advantage.

Work Experience: Relevant work experience with minimum 7 to10 years

• Should have worked on similar work profile either in a digital agency or with brand(s) with significant portion of role dedicated to this profile

• Should be able to work within cross functional teams and manage agency partners for various domains
• Adept with relevant digital tools such as Google Analytics, CRM activation Platforms
• Should be number and timeline driven with tight control

We are looking for a motivated and energetic persona who will work with us to scale digital marketing activation across various platforms. Key responsibility would include:

• Manage & Enhance Company Website and evolve D2C and Solution business from it
• Performance Marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth from website
• Good understanding of SEO to increase organic growth
• Enable marketing related digital transformation projects such as CRM adoption and activation, Mar-tech and Ad-tech enablement
• Manage Social media content calendar and suggest ways to grow subscriber base and engagements
• Define and overlook ORM process, if required, suggest tools and ways to improve the same
• Integrate Digital GTM in the integrated strategies for NPIs, scaling-up solution business
• Content marketing, incl. digital PR, Success Marketing, Influencer activation
• Ensure Product listing with relevant content on website, marketplaces, etc.
• Create and publish reports such as web Analytics, Campaign Performance, Social / ORM, CRM campaigns, etc.
