Cloud Architect - AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform (9-14 yrs)

Requirements :

- Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud management.

- Experience in container technologies (Docker, k8s, Helm).

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

- Real-world cloud migration experience of legacy systems to the cloud.

- Experience in orchestration tools (Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, AWS SSM, or AWS SSM or code pipeline preferred).

- Provide solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.

- Certification in the respective cloud is strongly recommended.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement cloud strategies for Matilda Cloud and our customers, aligning with business objectives and IT roadmap.

- Design and document robust cloud architectures for various workloads, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless.

- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services based on business requirements, cost, performance, and security.

- Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards and guidelines.

- Lead and execute cloud migration projects, including assessment, planning, execution, and validation.

- Develop and implement cloud automation solutions using scripting languages (Python, Bash) and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

- Ensure smooth and secure migration of applications and data to the cloud.

- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.

- Implement and manage cloud security controls, including access management, data encryption, and threat detection.

- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

- Provide technical guidance and consulting services to customers on cloud adoption and migration.

- Develop and present technical proposals and presentations to customers.

- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Research and evaluate new cloud services and tools.

- Contribute to the development of innovative cloud-based solutions.
