PLM Solution Architect - Windchill Integration (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex PLM solutions, primarily focused on the PTC Windchill platform.

- Act as a subject matter expert in PLM best practices, methodologies, and technologies.

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand client business needs and translate them into effective PLM solutions.

- Develop detailed system architecture and design documents, including data models, workflows, and integration points.

- Customize and configure Windchill PLM modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Change Management, to meet specific client requirements.

- Develop and implement data migration strategies and execute data migration projects.

- Integrate PLM systems with other enterprise applications, such as ERP, MES, and CAD systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PLM implementations.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in PLM technologies and best practices.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate proposed solutions and address client concerns.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on PLM technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience as a PTC Windchill PLM Solution Developer

- 5+ years of overall experience in PLM implementation and integration

- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, methodologies, and best practices

- Expertise in PTC Windchill PLM customization and configuration

- Proficient in Java, JLink, and Windchill APIs Experience with PLM modules: PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management

- Strong data migration and system integration experience

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in industries like Automotive, Aerospace, CPG, or Medical is a plus
