Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Vision Engineer located in India at Lucent Innovation. The Computer Vision Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms, working on pattern recognition, robotics, data science, and computer vision projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for [specific use cases, i.e. object detection, image segmentation, tracking].

- Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and augment data for training and model evaluation.

- Implement and improve deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and integrate solutions.

- Conduct performance testing and optimize models to meet real-time processing requirements.

- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and research in computer vision and AI.

- Deploy and maintain computer vision systems in production environments.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues with computer vision applications.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional experience in computer vision or a similar role.

- Strong background in Computer Science and Data Science.

- Experience in Computer Vision projects.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or OpenCV.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in specific domains such as autonomous driving, robotics, or medical imaging.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative adversarial networks (GANs) is a plus.

- Contributions to open-source computer vision projects or publications in top-tier conferences/journals are highly regarded.
