Role Description:
- As a Senior Business Development Manager at Lucent Innovation, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our global footprint.
- You will be responsible for leading and managing business development efforts across key regions, including APAC, MENA, Gulf, US, and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business development initiatives and strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the global technology landscape, particularly in AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and delegate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, and Data Science concepts, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
