Lucent Innovation, a dynamic technology company, is seeking a skilled Senior Shopify Developer to join our team.

As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform.

Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and templates.

- Create responsive and pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines.

- Implement custom JavaScript and Liquid templating to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Customize existing Shopify themes to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom themes from scratch, leveraging Shopify's themekit and CLI tools.

- Optimize theme performance for speed and SEO.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Liquid code to create dynamic content and layouts.

- Integrate third-party apps and services into Shopify stores.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Liquid-related issues.

- Develop and maintain various e-commerce features, such as product pages, cart, checkout, and order confirmation pages.

- Implement payment gateways and shipping integrations.

- Configure and optimize product listings, collections, and search functionality.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify and its ecosystem.

- Proactively suggest solutions and improvements to optimize performance and user experience.

Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- In-depth knowledge of Shopify's Liquid templating language

- Experience with Shopify's theme development framework

- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities -

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

- Experience with Shopify Plus

- Knowledge of headless commerce and API integrations

- Experience with Shopify Flow and automation

- Familiarity with SEO best practices

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies
