Assistant Manager - NPI

Role & responsibilities

• To serve as the face of the Company to the Customer for the Product Development
• Act as Single window interface for Engineering Design, Product Development, Internal CFT and Customer CFT
• Good Understanding of Project / Program Management techniques / Methods
• Knowledge in NPD Cycle and Quality Management System
• Ensuring Goals are met in areas including Customer satisfaction, timeline, quality, Team Member performance
• Handling Multiple projects with multiple customers
• Direct and control all activities to meet / control customer expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project
• Track all project costs to budget, project progress to schedule and prepare cost - do completion reports

Preferred candidate profile

BE (Mechanical Engineering) / Diploma in Mechanical Engg with 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management.
