About The Role.

Customer Innovation – Dairy will be responsible for product development and applications related to Dairy and its analogues in line with the strategic and tactical needs of AAK and in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders.

Job Description: Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing of new and improved products, processes, and applications Offer new proactive activities, reflecting the needs and priorities of the global and regional strategies.

Co-manage the opportunity pipeline together with sales (led by sales) and ensure active opportunity management and pipeline leadership.

Active member of the India-Go-To-Market team in developing and driving strategy and tactical value propositions of our offerings.

Support the application development and solutions, as well as be a part of R&D team for developing New Products and prototypes.

Responsible for proactively providing the needed customer innovation support within the Indian Business segment.

Accountable for the robustness of solutions from lab to pilot to production, as well as efficient sampling to customers.

About You.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology or related fields such as Food Science, Food processing etc Preference will be given to Dairy Technologist.

5 – 8 years of experience in a role in dairy industry.

Concerned individual should have an experience of working in R&D set up, industrial set up of various products such as Frozen Desserts, Ice-Cream Coating (Dips), Various Dairy analogues etc.

Fluency in English Language is a must.

Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration.

Knowledge of the Oil & Fat industry is a distinct advantage.
