Specialist - Package Implementation

Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs for HR modules including Payroll Time Management and Personnel Administration

Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions

Perform system configuration testing and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of HR ABAP solutions

Provide technical support for HRrelated issues and enhancements

Develop and maintain documentation related to HR ABAP processes and configurations

Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements

Experience Skills

Strong understanding of HR modules and their integration with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA

Experience in developing custom ABAP programs for HR modules

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to HR ABAP solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field

5 years of experience in HR ABAP development and support

Experience with SAP S4HANA is preferred

SAP ABAP certification is a plus
