Job Description

The job will involve intense Business Consulting and Product Implementation

Conduct structured discovery with clients, analyze requirements, key pain points and opportunities, target business and IT outcomes.
Conduct cost-benefit and market feasibility/relevance analysis.
Study competitive landscape, market trends impacting their business, etc.
Advise customers on customer loyalty strategies, define measures (KPIs) for success.
Deliver program definition, provide ongoing oversight, track program performance and optimization strategies.
Design, implement, and test the solution.
Plan and deliver training for client users.
Deliver world-class post-implementation support as per the SLAs support and exceed client expectations.
Develop project collaterals.


You will be a GREAT FIT if you

An MBA with majors in Marketing(preferred) from a Premium B-School(a MUST) with a degree in Engineering (Computer Science stream preferred).
Have 0-1 years of Business Analysis/Product implementation experience.
Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills with a passion for client interfacing role.
Have an ability to understand, document, and effectively communicate up and downstream systems and process impacts.
Are a natural problem-solver with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
Have a flair to excel and lead in a fast-paced, start-up environment while taking on diverse responsibilities.
Have an experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel /and other IT Tools.
