Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 1 year of experience, ideally with expertise in ERP systems. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop process flows, system specifications, and functional designs for ERP-related projects.
Assist in the implementation and customization of ERP systems to align with business objectives.
Conduct a gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Create test plans, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users for ERP functionalities.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to ensure clarity for stakeholders and team members.

Experience

1+ Years

Education

BE, ME, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc (CA & IT), Diploma in Computer IT/EC, PGDCA.

Must Have

Certifications in Business Analysis or ERP systems (e.g., CBAP, SAP Certified Application Associate).
Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation or upgrades.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Experience working in cross-functional teams and global environments.
