Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled ERP Consultant with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to meet our clients business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across industries, solve complex business challenges, and grow your expertise in ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives.
ERP Implementation: Configure and deploy ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
GAP analysis: Customize ERP modules and workflows to improve efficiency and usability.
Data Migration: Assist in migrating data from legacy systems to ERP platforms.
Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues.
Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability meet the clients expectations.
Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and user manuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
