Executive / Sr. Executive - FCL Export - Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities
To Support and coordinate with sales department Shipment confirmation & follow-up with respective stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end FCL export process, ensuring smooth execution.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers for documentation and shipment execution.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of shipping instructions and Bill of Lading (BL) drafts.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.
Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to customers.
