Roles & Responsibilities
To support and coordinate with the Customer Service department for shipment and handling Manifestation Desk
- Prepare and verify import documentation (Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing List, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely clearance of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies.
- Maintain and update records of shipments and documentation.
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving any documentation-related issues.
- Liaise with internal departments such as procurement and logistics to streamline import processes.
