Key Responsibilities:

Innovate Accounting Solutions:

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered accounting systems for small to mid-sized businesses.

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate automation, analytics, and compliance features into Simplia's accounting solutions.

Financial Leadership and Compliance:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and other regulatory standards.

- Provide strategic insights to improve financial reporting, auditing, and compliance processes.

Technology Integration:

- Work closely with developers and data scientists to build seamless accounting workflows and tools.

- Ensure Simplia's solutions meet global best practices and address real-world financial challenges.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Understand the unique needs of small to mid-sized business clients and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their financial strategies.

Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration:

- Mentor internal teams on best practices in accounting and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications:

- US CPA Certification: A must-have for this role.
