- We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Expert with proven experience working with small business owners in the North American market.

- The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing low-budget, high-ROAS ad campaigns, using out-of-the-box strategies to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

- Focus on maximizing ROAS for small businesses with limited budgets.

- Think creatively to implement unique and effective ad strategies.

- Monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve the best possible results in real-time.

- Provide detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for small business owners in North America.

- Demonstrable success in achieving high ROAS with low budgets.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.

- A portfolio or full case study showcasing how you helped a small business owner grow with a limited monthly budget.

- Ability to think creatively and implement unconventional strategies to drive success.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
