Position Overview:

- We are seeking a results-oriented Director of Operations Performance to lead and optimize our multi-team operations.

- This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Team Performance Index (TPI) is consistently maintained above target levels while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities.

- Drive operational excellence across multiple teams, managing a workforce of 100+ members.

- Continuously monitor and maintain the Team Performance Index (TPI) to meet or exceed established benchmarks.

- Ensure individual teams consistently achieve their KPIs and project objectives.

- Develop and execute performance improvement strategies for teams underperforming against targets.

- Oversee resource allocation and optimization across multiple concurrent projects.

- Establish and refine systems to track and analyze team performance metrics.

- Provide regular performance insights and reports to the Director of Revenue Retention.

- Proactively identify and address operational challenges impacting team performance.

Required Qualifications.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management.

- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale teams (100+ members).

- Expertise in using performance management systems and KPI tracking tools.
