We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our Radiology operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Radiology practices, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Image Interpretation:

• Analyze medical images (X-rays, ultrasounds) to identify abnormalities, injuries, or diseases.
• Provide accurate and timely diagnoses based on imaging results.

Consultation with Physicians:

• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Provide expert advice on the most appropriate imaging tests for diagnosing conditions.

Patient Care and Education:

• Explain imaging procedures to patients, answer their questions, and ensure their comfort.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially with regards to radiation exposure.

Quality Control and Maintenance:

• Ensure that medical imaging equipment is functioning properly, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions or continuing education to stay updated on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
