Job Description

  • Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the years activity to meet agreed hospital objectives.
  • Work closely with GP Liaison executives to ensure clear marketing message to GP audience and marketing support and materials supplied to them.
  • Coordinating and managing marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Uploading marketing material to online databases, internet groups and social media sites
  • Coordinates the scheduling of meetings, venues, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and results.
  • Provides a positive and professional representation of the organization.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service through his/her attitude and actions, consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates
  • Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be flexible with work hours.
  • Identifying and researching new projects, tracking the progress of existing projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve hospital growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, community organizations, and healthcare professionals

  • Chronic Disease Management: Establishing strategies to help individuals manage long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and asthma through coordinated care.

  • Social Determinants of Health: Addressing factors like education, employment, housing, and access to healthy food that influence health outcomes.

Healthcare Marketing & Patient Acquisition

  • Branding & Reputation Management: Healthcare organizations must differentiate themselves in a competitive market through effective branding, patient trust, and online reputation management.

  • Patient-Centered Marketing: Using data to create personalized healthcare experiences for patients, including digital marketing strategies and engagement through mobile apps, websites, and patient portals.
