Job Description
- Proven experience with successful delivery of external customer-facing projects within the financial services industry.
- Own the formulation and presentation of project plans, influencing stakeholders to achieve consensus and sponsorship.
- Solid track record of delivery in environments with high levels of ambiguity and changes in strategy.
- Able to encourage trust, handle expectations, and build confidence with key customers and team members.
- Solid track record of defining and agreeing approaches and alternative solutions to solve business and operational challenges.
- Highly skilled in Meeting Management including status meetings and objection handling.
- Good understanding of the financial services industry and the key competitors in this space.
- Project Management or Financial Markets certification
- Excellent knowledge of LSEG products (e.g. Workspace, Real Time services)
- Experience of industry standard CRM systems
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office product suite
- Skilled with Project Management and other workflow tools!
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and process optimization tools and approaches
