Job Description
- To engage globally on requirements, product testing and execution of development curricula and culture initiatives
- To research, design and deliver our core development curriculum globally, both virtually and in-person.
- To partner with external vendors as required to design and implement global programmes.
- To work closely with specific teams within the People Function, to ensure we are embedding our Values across the colleague experience.
- To define outcome measures and communicate ROI
- To activate and embed our values via the work of our Site Culture Champion Leads and their culture champion squads. To engage, support and enable this key community.
- Expertise in, and curiosity for methods and approaches to designing and delivering organisational development interventions.
- Has worked with subject experts and vendors to deliver learning and OD solutions.
- Experience of instructional design and of the creation of high quality, creative, and effective solutions.
- Insight and expertise on industry trends and standard methodologies, to challenge the way we apply learning in our organisation.
- Passion for developing people to enable business growth
- Strong organizational skills, with an outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PPT skills advantageous.
- Champions innovation and creativity, reads widely
- Collaborative, self-starter. Able to work optimally as part of a globally dispersed team
