Client Servicing & Strategic Alliances Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Strategic Alliances & Client Servicing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing partnerships, building client relationships, and contributing to innovative media strategies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, gain insights into strategic planning, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and collaborators.
• Client servicing in day-to-day activities, including communication.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and industry trends.
• Help create and present proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and address their queries or concerns promptly.
• Support event planning, sponsorship activations, and promotional campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for media and entertainment.
