Role & responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries via email, phone, or chat.
• Providing information about products or services.
• Offering basic troubleshooting or directing complex issues to senior team members.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions.
• Updating customer profiles in CRM systems.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and documentation of issues, complaints, and resolutions.
• Collecting and documenting customer feedback on products/services.
• Sharing feedback with the relevant departments for process improvements.
• Attending training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
• Helping with administrative duties such as organizing customer service logs, creating reports, and maintaining product/service knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
