Lokal - UX Researcher (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute a variety of user research methods, including :

- Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests, analyze user behavior, and identify usability issues.

- Conduct in-depth interviews with users to gather insights into their needs, motivations, and pain points.

- Design and distribute surveys to collect quantitative and qualitative data from a larger user base.

- Map user journeys to understand user behavior and identify pain points across different touchpoints.

- Analyze competitor products and identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data using various methods (thematic analysis, statistical analysis).

- Identify key user insights and trends.

- Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations and design principles.

- Create and present compelling research reports and presentations with data visualizations.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to share research findings and insights.

- Effectively communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Proficiency in user research tools such as : UserTesting, Maze, Lookback : For remote and in-person usability testing.

- SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Typeform : For survey creation and distribution.

- Qualitative data analysis software : ( NVivo, Atlas.ti) Data visualization tools : (Tableau, Google Data Studio)

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana) for tracking research projects.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX Researcher or in a related role.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in user research methodologies and best practices.

- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

- Experience with user research tools and technologies.

- Basic understanding of data visualization and data analysis techniques.
