Job Description
- Lead maintenance, civil works (repairs, masonry, waterproofing), and electrical work.
- Develop in-house capabilities to reduce vendor reliance.
- Own and manage cost centers, ensuring effective budget control and cost optimization.
- Set up and maintain data dashboards for performance tracking, process improvements, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage facility operations, enhancing property standards and ensuring seamless functioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and homeowners on maintenance issues, providing prompt and effective solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years in maintenance management, preferably in real estate/hospitality
- Strong leadership, technical skills in civil and electrical works, data analytics, facility management, and budget control
Qualification:
- ITI/ Diploma BE/BTech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering
