Job Description

Candidate Responsibilities:

1. This position requires to take charge of the complete architecture,

plotting and master planning of assigned projects and handover the

same in good quality and time as per schedule.

2. Review base data and provide comments for feasibility of the projects

from the land acquisition team.

3. Prepare test-fits for land acquisition team as and when requested

4. Prepare feasibility study with guidance from TD

5. Understand space program from sales team and provide feedback

basis past project experience or standardized documents

6. Understand project timelines from project manager and arch lead

7. Schedule kick-off meetings with all consultants at the beginning of the

project once all are appointed.

8. Review drawings and all deliverables from consultants at various

stages of the project. Provide feedback and comments

9. Assist TD and External Architects and consultants with planning,

designing, and implementation of the assigned project as per

ISPRAVA design requirements and protocols

10. Review sales drawings and area P-lines

11. Identify client needs and put together feasibility reports and design

proposals

12. Develop ideas keeping in mind- clients needs, buildings usage and

environmental impact

13. Ensure internal sign-offs as per design process flow

14. Work on drawings in-house as and when it is required under

guidance of TD

15. Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders as and when required

under guidance of TD

16. Provide all standardized data and documents to the relevant

consultants

17. Schedule weekly project review meetings with all POD teams to track

the progress as per project timelines. Escalate delays to project

manager if any

18. Coordinate with our design partners, design development,

construction documentation, contract administration and delivery of

the project

19. Work closely with the external MEP engineers, Interior Designers,

Landscape Architects to complete the design of Isprava Projects as

and when required.

20. Work with procurement team to provide specification with guidance

from arch lead

21. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific Indian Standards and

the India Building Code, NBC, guidelines and applicable regulations

22. Participate in giving advice and alternative solutions to the

construction team as and when required with guidance from TD

23. Prepare MOM of all TD meetings

24. Adhere to the design process flow identified in this presentation in

subsequent slides

25. Visit sites on a periodic basis to ensure execution as per design.

Provide site instructions and document the same in site instructions

book.

26. Visit projects before handover for snagging and provide observations

and snags as per internal processes

TD- Technical Director Architecture

Candidate Requirements:

B Arch is Must
Fluency in english language (Spoken and Written) is must
Good PPT presentation skills is a must
Sketch Up good knowledge and hands on experience is a must
Minimum 6 years of experience is a must out of which minimum 4 years is required from consultancy side.
All 6 years of experience on consultancy side is a plus
Masters in Architecture or urban planning is plus
USGBC is plus
Site experience is a plus
Revit knowledge is plus
