Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the branding, marketing, and subscriber growth for CaptainBiz . The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for technology and a knack for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Initial Phase (First Quarter)
- Deeply understand the product, market, and consumer behavior.
- Establish a compelling brand identity and positioning.
- Set up analytics to track marketing performance.
Next Phase (Following Two Quarters)
- Design and launch test marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Build robust subscriber communication strategies.
- Scale marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for subscription growth.
Long-Term Goals (Next Three Quarters)
- Drive sustained growth, ensuring marketing scalability.
- Enhance subscriber awareness, engagement, and retention.
- Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in marketing consumer tech products (SaaS preferred).
- Expertise in brand positioning, communication, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of tools like SEMrush, CleverTap, and Google Analytics.
- A technical foundation with coding experience (past or freelance projects).
Preferred Traits
- Strategic thinker who s innovative and creative.
- Strong understanding of human behavior and global trends.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).
Nice to Have
- Start-up experience or entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Master s Degree in Management (Top B-Schools preferred).
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
