Job Description:
Should lead and successfully complete Backup / DR  Solutions
Assess and Trouble Shoot Issues, and get involved with Post implementation phases
Would be involved in Pre-Sales Demonstration & Query Handling
Consulting , Designing & Deploying Backup / DR Solutions
Must manage Documentation & Presenting backup / DR Solutions
Trouble Shooting Issues related to Backup / DR
Leading a team of Engineers where project is large

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for leading the team.
