What would you do?
The Replenishment Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the Replenishment Assistants, ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain operations at a strategic level. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex issues related to service requests, costing, vendor maintenance, and track & trace reporting, providing guidance and resolution to the team when challenges arise. The Replenishment Lead ensures that team members are aligned with company goals, monitoring performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Additionally, the Replenishment Lead is responsible for driving process optimization and implementing best practices to improve efficiency across the Replenishmenst function. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment.The Replenishment Lead will also support the development of team members, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be responsible for managing team priorities, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Ultimately, the Replenishment Lead ensures that the team operates efficiently, meeting key performance metrics and contributing to the success of the broader supply chain operations.In Service Fulfillment, you will play an intergral part in interacting with client & control impact to business revenue. You will have to provide for solutions that automates and integrates key service fulfillment processes, including back office order orchestration, network and service inventory management, service activation and configuration management.
What are we looking for?
?Qualification:Three-year degree (Bachelor's Degree) is required. Equivalent work experience and applicable certifications may be considered as well (Military Service, APICS, CPM, etc.)?Experience:8+ years of direct inventory management/supply chain experience required plus experience managing and directing people. Food service experience a plusKey Skills?Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and team growth?Strong skills in resolving day-to-day issues related to supply chain operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination?Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in purchase order validation, vendor information management, and reporting?Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to convey information effectively across teams and with vendors?Familiarity with Replenishment systems (e.g., Blue Yonder-SCPO / Prism / Arrowstream) and other supply chain tools that enhance efficiency and support decision-making
You would be responsible for Replenishment activities, Track & Trace and Vendor Maintenance
