Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification & Proposal Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients globally, with a strong focus on the US market, through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions to address client requirements effectively.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive the closure of deals while aligning with company goals and revenue targets.

Client Retention & Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients across global markets to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Solution Presentation:

  • Present the companys IT & consulting solutions to clients, demonstrating how they address specific challenges and align with business goals.
  • Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.

Pipeline Building & CRM Management:

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.
  • Accurately log and track all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and progress visibility.

Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence:

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to align strategies, optimize lead generation, and ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Share feedback with internal teams to enhance services, solutions, and marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on international markets, particularly the US, for 2+ years.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales platforms for pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Slack.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of global market trends and IT consulting solutions.
