One word for this so called company ‘Politics’ never seen such unethical organisation. Top management is clueless what they are doing. Appraisals are pathetic. Department heads do whatever they want to. A big NO.

Pathetic and worst experience of my entire career! No transparency, no proper communication, a bunch of confused people. They give appraisals then after few months will take it back stating it was a mistake and you’ll have to pay back the entire sum.
