Role: Regional HR Lead
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon
Role & responsibilities
1) Talent Acquisition:
-The incumbent shall be responsible for driving the recruitment process for Pune business and ensure that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
-He/ She shall be responsible for coordinating with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, infusing new technology and channels in the recruitment space in co-ordination with other stakeholders and managing engagement with all external clients.
-Monitor attrition levels across hires and lead process/channel modifications to ensure metrics are per accepted standards.
2) Corporate HR:
-Process Ensure influx of HR practices through Benchmarking and leveraging external networks. -Lead the formulation, finalization, communication and dissemination of policy changes to respective stakeholders and associates, under the guidance of Cell Head.
-Lead the communication sessions on policies and clarify any and all grievances raised concerning these changes to HR policies/processes to bring clarity on these changes across the organization.
-Maintain the revision history for all previous HR policy changes by keeping track of policy changes over a period of time.
-Support the Audit process with a purpose of ensuring fair and transparent working of systems and processes, by acting as the HR SPOC.
3) PMS
-Liaise with the PMS team and key departmental stakeholders on the performance review of associates including completion of data validation exercise for the entire department and discussions for Level 3 - 5 associates and supporting Senior HRBP in discussions for Level 0 - 2 associates, budget finalization and different levels of moderation.
4) Administration
-The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the HR agenda at sites & sales offices, including dissemination of policy and process updates, liaison on HR interventions, programs and processes (including hiring, performance review, training programs and change management initiatives) and resolution of associate's queries and grievances.
-He/She shall be responsible for coordinating with different departments on site to ensure smooth working conditions at site, managing compliance related issues in co-ordination with various contractors, Liaison and Corporate HR and updating Project Director/Construction Head/Project Management Head on critical issues at site.
-In addition, he/she shall also be responsible for tracking site budget, managing exit processes, carrying out employee engagement programs, guiding and supporting team members with their tasks and handling escalations from their end.

Strong decision making skills, Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders, Cost-conscious
Practice:
8+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services environment
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree strongly preferred
